Mariam
With a background in psychology, a master’s in forensic psychology and a heart full of passion for mental health, Mariam brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm as a HelloHope trainer.
Her experiences have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to effectively engage with hard-to-reach and marginalised groups, including individuals in prison. Each experience has deepened Mariam’s commitment to ensuring everyone has access to the mental health support they need, particularly for those who might otherwise be overlooked.
Mariam thrives on empowering others to have crucial, often life-changing discussions about mental health. As a Mental Health First Aid instructor, she is committed to providing the tools and education necessary for others to understand and support mental well-being.
