Leeds Wellbeing Week

Leeds Wellbeing Week will take place from Monday 1 June to Sunday 7 June 2026, bringing together a city-wide programme of mental health and wellbeing events for people, workplaces, and communities across Leeds.

The week aims to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma, and make wellbeing support more visible and accessible across the city. Leeds Wellbeing Week will showcase local expertise, creativity, and community spirit, offering a balanced mix of practical activities and educational sessions.

What to expect

During Leeds Wellbeing Week, there will be:

  • Outdoor and nature-based wellbeing events in Leeds’ green spaces
  • Yoga, meditation, and sound therapy sessions for different experience levels
  • Wellbeing tasters such as massage and relaxation techniques
  • Talks and workshops on topics including mental health, burnout, bereavement, neurodiversity, and workplace wellbeing
  • Community and workplace wellbeing activities across Leeds venues
  • Events will take place in a range of community spaces, workplaces, and city-centre locations, supported by local organisations and businesses.
